E3 System Certification
The E3 System™ is built to scale, and certification is how it gets there.
Our next certification cohort runs January 20 & 21, held in-person in Rochester, NY. Over 1.5 days of fully interactive and experiential instruction, you'll practice administering the E3 Assessment™, work through real findings, and facilitate implementation scenarios alongside other practitioners, not just sit through slides.
You'll also join an online cohort community, giving you access to peer learning and support before and after the live certification, along with a follow-up virtual session after certification to reinforce what you've learned and work through real application questions.
Who We’re Welcoming
NCAA head coaches, assistant coaches, and college administrators ready to bring a rigorous, behaviorally grounded performance framework into their programs.
Seats are limited.
Be sure to register by December 18th.

Location Details
We’ve chosen a retreat setting built around wood-beamed ceilings, fireplaces, and quiet gathering spaces; the kind of place designed for people to sit close, think clearly, and stay a while. It’s a departure from the typical hotel conference room, built instead for the depth of work we’re asking you to do.
