Success Consultation

The focus of Success Consultation is empowerment and optimal wellness. It is based on the belief that we all have the instinct and ability to be healthy, happy, accomplished and fully alive. Consultations with Dr. Kasper help you learn self-development skills (EFT, self-hypnosis) and shed dysfunctional beliefs (EMDR). In essence, this removes "speed bumps" from your mind and empowers you. Consultations with Bob "Blackwolf" Jones help you intercept and redirect negative thinking, learn meditation skills, live in the present moment, live in balance and will enhance you ability to form deep and lasting relationships. Success Consultations are held at Aurora Behavioral Health Center or on site for businesses and organizations in Eastern Wisconsin with the fee to be arranged. (Phyllis).

Formal psychotherapy is appropriate when problems run deep or are part of Workers Compensation or an accident settlement, and insurance funds must be utilized. Dr. Kasper sees individuals for depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), post-combat syndrome, anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive/compulsive disorder, and chronic pain. The techniques she uses can involve talking therapy, biofeedback, EMDR, EFT, TFT, and hypnosis.

Biofeedback is available at the Aurora Behavioral Health Center.  Biofeedback (Aurora biofeedback overview) is helpful with chronic pain such as: migraine, tension headache, TMJ (tempromandibular joint pain), RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy), backache and phantom limb pain. It can help with ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and general stress.
