We believe that the instinct and ability to be healthy, happy and capable lies within us all, waiting to be released, strengthened and directed. What prevents us from living more fully? What
prevents us from expressing this instinct and ability? People typically strive by doing the same thing they've always done (only harder) and expecting the outcome to be different. Of course, this doesn't work. New tools, skills, and understandings are all that you require, the rest is within you!
